This item is not in stock at MyComicShop. If you use the "Add to want list" tab to add this issue to your want list, we will email you when it becomes available.
The Miracle In Your Gas Tank was distributed as a promotional by Sinclair Gasoline dealers. The story tells how gasoline products are produced and delivered to market. The story is told by "Miracle Man," who takes a family on a magic capret ride (the carpet is half carpet and half automobile) as they discover how petroleum products are made and dispersed. This comic would be especially helpful to those who live on our east and west coasts (especially California) who have little understanding of such matters. No publication date or copyright date is given, but the artwork suggests the mid-1950's. 20-pages, full-color, 7-in. x 9-1/2-in., both cover and interior printed on high quality heavy white paper stock, rendering vivid colors, no cover price.

Story and art by Jessica Abel.
Mirror, Window is the first book collection by Jessica Abel, one of the most exciting young cartoonists to emerge in the late 1990s. Collecting the first four issues of her Artbabe series from Fantagraphics and more, Mirror, Window proves Abel to be one of the brightest lights in comix to watch as we proceed into the next century.
Abel's stories are peppered with hipsters, tattoos, piercings, trendy haircuts, and cutting-edge fashion, but don't let the generational trappings fool you. Her intuitive ear for dialogue and characterization has made Artbabe a hit amongst people of all ages, especially women.
