Model Helene has inherited a factory for making TV parts, and finds herself torn between handsome foreman Brian and her staff photographer, Kenny - another original plot. This story features some good-girl art by Mark Swayze. Connie feels left behind by all her married friends and their families, so when she meets handsome Lennie, she lies about her age to interest him. Bert works in a steel foundry, but Ann gets him a cushy salesman job, only to find he's working with beautiful Peggy, who insists on spending a lot of time with Bert. This story includes the line, "The sight of him working daily at his hard, sweaty, unrewarding job aroused in me troubled promptings!"
