Reprints of Alley Oop newspaper strips. Stories and Art by V.T. Hamlin. "Adrift on the Deep" - Oop's ship has almost sunk when it drifts to an island. Upon the island, Oop finds Boom and beats him up to get back the magic belt he stole. "The Magic Belt" - Oop safely leads his friends back to the 20th century and turns Boom over to the authorities. "Through the Time-Machine" - Wonmug's time machine inadvertently brings Foozy to the 20th century. When Dinny is likewise nearly transported to the present, Foozy accidentally sends Oop and Oola to an unknown time in the past. "Knights and Knaves" - Oop, Oola and Dinny reappear in medieval England. Oop befriends the knight William de Braouse and the three agree to aid the knight against King John. "Down with Tyranny" - Oola and Oop bring de Braouse to his ally Count Bygosh and they send out Oola astride Dinny to summon people across the countryside to rise up against King John.
