An ecologist explains how all animals are part of an ecosystem where each organism relies on the other for its survival as a species. She explains about the various general ecosystems throughout North America like the frozen tundra, Rocky Mountains and desert areas. She goes on to explain that at times man is a monster to the animals and the environment with his destruction of natural habitats, threatening endangered species and pollution.
