Harvey, best known for its children's comics, reprints the original comic-strip adventures of legendary tough cop Dick Tracy and his rogues gallery of freakish enemies. In the Comics Code era, some of the original art is altered to remove violent content and narrative repetition. This issue reprints strips from Nov. 8, 1951 - Jan. 20, 1952. When Tracy is accused of stealing evidence, he tracks the frame-up to recording buff Spinner Record. The evidence to clear Tracy is saved on an LP record, which is accidentally mixed into the stock of Spinners LP store and sold to a young woman.
