Becoming more and more paranoid, Westrum goes too far in his attempts to cover his tracks in "The Constant Eye" with art by Bernard Baily. Plus: Attending a seance, Warren Travers' soul is pulled out of his body and wanders the realms of the beyond. Meanwhile, an otherworldly creatures inhabits his body and tries to build a machine that will call all the lost souls into this world in "Seance of Terror!" And: A carnival owner tries to buy out the proprietor of the wax museum. When the latter refuses, he is killed, but returns to drag his murderer before a ghostly tribunal. The sentence is death in "The Blind, the Doomed -- and the Dead!" with pencils by Bob Powell.
