Villainous Dr. Gravity has the ability to cause whole cities to be swallowed by the Earth, and a ridiculous claim that he is the rightful owner of the Louisiana Purchase, in a story with art (and cover) by future Flash Gordon artist Dan Barry. Johnny Blair attempts a perilous jungle landing while helping Jane search for her missing brother. The trial of Jagga the Space Raider is complicated when he claims that, as an alien, Earth's laws do not apply to him. Plus a vintage Tootsie Roll ad, Captain Tootsie: The Radar Rescue, with art by Shazam co-creator CC Beck.
