This issue is the first Casper comic from longtime Casper publisher Harvey. Although the indicia calls this Harvey Comics Hits #61, it is unofficially Casper the Friendly Ghost #6 as well, the debut of the long-running series. Casper is ostracized by his ghost school, until he happens upon workmen who want to tear the school down. Casper helps forest rangers find a lost boy in the woods. Casper encounters bank robbers who try to take advantage of his trusting nature.
