    The Cataclysm/No Man's Land saga that took over all of the Bat-books for a year was a (literally) groundbreaking story that had deep consequences for Gotham and its cast of misfits. Early on, in the 'Aftershock' phase, we see Batman doing his best to patrol his broken city (dig that cape action, pure Willingham!) and coming upon a group of tech-savvy looters.
