Batman is finally hot on the tail of the motorcycle-riding terrorist who's been targeting Commissioner Gordon. Newell lays out this page beautifully with a fantastic head-on shot of Batman on his bike transitioning to a series of 'widescreen' panels that enlarge by the end of the page as the action continues. Newell's crosshating and expert deployment of white ink creates a perfect Gotham atmosphere, as if anything visible is emerging from blackness and along with the onomatopoeia give this page an amazing sense of texture that really pops in person.
