Newell's crosshating and expert deployment of white ink creates a perfect Gotham atmosphere, as if anything visible is emerging from blackness and along with the onomatopoeia give this page an amazing sense of texture that really pops in person. Signed by the artist in lower margin. Pencil and ink on DC Comics art board. 11" x 17".
