    A great action page from this Lady Blackhawk spotlight story! Mourning the recent death of Big Barda in her own way (getting wasted at a bar, starting a fight, and then hijacking a cab in Metropolis to take her to California), Zinda and her unwilling chauffeur are suddenly attacked by False Face and White Star. The highlight here is the third panel with a great image of Lady Blackhawk in a stone cold western gunfighter pose just before she effortlessly hits the cab's gas tank, buying herself some time to escape. Pencil and ink on DC Comics art board. 11 1/2" x 17".
