Features a cool "infinity" cover, made more so by a clear acetate cover partially overprinted with the first image in the infinity repetition. Reprints the black and white edition of Madman #1 first published by Tundra in 1992. Although this edition reprints the #1 issue, the numbering on the cover reads "Wizard #58" AND "Number 4," reflecting Wizard's Ace Edition numbering system. The print run on Wizard Ace Editions # 1-14 does not exceed 5,000 copies.
