Otherwise, the comic is identical to ordinary copies. No info is available as to how many copies of this issue or other May cover-dated issues contained the survey. However, survey copies almost never turn up so distribution of this variant type must have been very limited. Sgt Rock cut off from Easy Company and on his own except for a CB...and the almost precognitive voice on the other side warning him of danger! Cover price $0.35.
