Uncle Scrooge in "The Strange Case of the Watched Duck" in which Scrooge battles against the Beagle Boys' spying and plotting and "The Sultan's Hourglass." Issue also has Gyro Gearloose in "The Instant Raincoat," a one-page text feature "Goofy's Special Gifts," and Gold Key Comics Club News features. No story/art credits given. Inside front cover promotes some of the first Gold Key "Poster-Comics," a comic book which came with large poster. Poster-Comics advertised are the Beatles' Yellow Submarine, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Dark Shadows. Statement of Ownership, Management, and Circulation in the book states that the average monthly number of sales of the comic is 280,960. Number on cover: 10038-902. 36 pages, full color.
