This 1964 Gold Key adventure was based on the original comic-strip version of Buck Rogers. Investigating mysterious disappearances in outer space, both Buck's team and Black Barney's gang of space pirates are captured by tiny aliens using telepathic mind control. The aliens force their captives to strip the planet of vital minerals for use on their own world. Buck and Dr. Huer struggle to find a way to counter the mind-control and free the captives. This was essentially a one-shot for 15 years; the series was revived when the Buck Rogers TV series debuted in 1979. The Space Slavers. 32 pages, Full Color. Cover price $0.12.
