"The Case of Oodles Hears Only Evil," script and art by Chester Gould; When two boys find a scrap of cloth protruding from the deteriorating concrete of a bridge support, it re-open a 20-year-old missing persons case; When the police chip away the concrete, they find a skeleton; As Tracy and Sam try to determine the identity of the skeleton, Mrs. Vulcan contacts Oodles, the man who disposed of the body years earlier; He's also been blackmailing her. Scared, she calls Oodles to set up a meeting to resolve the problem.
