The issue-length story concludes with the Juniors invading the offices of comics publisher Harvey itself. Visiting aliens give Sad Sack and Muttsy superpowers (complete with red capes), but then they give them to everybody else, including the Sarge and Muttsy's fleas. Muttsy trains to be a mine-hunting dog, but he's a little too enthusiastic. Muttsy inadvertently routs a spy ring when he gets locked in a trunk.
