Enemy Action; Alex tries to swindle Melody out of what he thinks is a rare autographed book, by offering her a scarab that will ward off her enemies. The Prize; When Sock still can't get Pepper interested in dating him, Josie and Melody advise him to ask her in a more imaginative and intriguing way. Disco-Dream (Chapter 1); When his dad stops him from using the Cabot home as a discotheque, Alex decides to open up his own private discotheque, with Melody as the go-go girl. The Chase (Chapter 2); Sock saves Melody from the advances of Alex's musicians, but Pepper gets angry when she sees Sock with the scantily-dressed Melody. Wheel And Deal; Albert saves Melody from the men pursuing her, but crashes his motorcycle in the lake, giving Alexandra the opportunity to save Albert and take him to her home.
