The Tyrant Out of Time!, script by Roy Thomas, pencils by Rich Buckler, inks by Jerry Ordway; As the newly-founded All-Star Squadron continues their search for the JSA, Per Degaton recounts his origin to the JSA, a foe they would first encounter in 1947, and defeat; This time, though, after he had regained his memories (since the last battle erased all memories of his being a villain in 1947, reverting him to Prof. Zee's lab assistant), he decided to create a new plan in 1941, with Pearl Harbor as the catalyst; When the Squadron finds him and the JSA, they are defeated at first, but things will change to turn the tide, in the case of Danette Reilly.
