Count Gatto steals Professor Invento's new super-powered sunlamp and uses it to melt the polar icecaps. In another story, the animals at the zoo get bored, so Atomic Mouse paints them different colors. Count Gatto enters a raffle for a sports car, then gets tired of waiting and decides to steal the car.
