In a parody of "Around the World in 80 Days," gangsters trick the grandson of Phileas Fogg into recreating his grandfather's round-the-world journey. But instead of Passepartout for assistance, he has the Three Stooges, who manage to assault and offend cultures across the world. Working as undercover Mounties, the Stooges disguise themselves as lumberjacks to find jewel smugglers who are using hollowed-out logs. The Little Monsters make their debut as the back-up feature. 'Orrible Orville and Awful Annie are young Frankensteins who live in a castle with their monstrous parents. Orville and Annie try to grow a "snap dragon" in the garden and instead create a monstrous "dandy lion." This was the first appearance of The Little Monsters.
