Story and Art by Akira Toriyama. Martial artists in space? Science fiction meets super-heroes? Whatever you call it, it's Dragon Ball Z, the stellar manga series that became the hit anime series! On the planet Namek, the hired killer Vegeta defies his former master Freeza and searches for the seven Dragon Balls which, when gathered together, will grant his wish for immortality. But Freeza's right-hand man, Zarbon, is on Vegeta's tail! Which one will win... and in the confusion, can the much weaker heroes somehow save Namek and stop them both? b&w, 32pgs. Cover price $2.95.
