Early funny-animal comics from Harvey, featuring such characters as Helpful Hank and breakout star Rags Rabbit. No issue number on indicia, but this is presumed to be the first issue. Helpful Hank isn't too helpful when a hotel guest is trying to get some sleep. Pat Pigeon is having one of those days, starting when the early worm fights back. Tabby gets knocked off the dock while Officer Rover is chasing a crook.
