Gun Master and a gang of hoods both hope to recruit a trick sharpshooter to join them, but blonde femme fatale Velvet Silver beats them to the punch again. The life of George Leonidas Leslie, the 1860s architect who became known as King of Bank Robbers, provides the second crime tale ever published by crime-comic pioneers (and comics legends) Simon and Kirby.
