Written by JOHN LAYMAN Penciled by AARON LOPRESTI Cover by PASQUAL FERRY A DECIMATION tie-in! Discover the origin of the Sentinel Squad! How did they come together and become the elite group of soldiers to pilot the Sentinels that have made their presence known at the Xavier Institute? COMMENTARY BY AARON SETTLE, LONE STAR COMICS DALLAS REGIONAL MANAGER: Ever since the closing pages of the Decimation one-shot, people have wondered about the large Sentinels that have taken up residence on the grounds of Xavier's School. The Sentinel's have appeared in the pages of X-Men and X-Men: The 198, but their story has not been told. At least until now, Sentinel Squad O*N*E is the story behind the Sentinels. It explains the history of the Sentinel Squad program and introduces readers to the men and women who pilot the Sentinels and become the X-Men's unlikely allies. The first issue answers a lot of questions as well as setting up its own story that will unfold in the course of this mini-series. If you're enjoying the current direction of the X-Men titles, you'll like reading about these newest additions to the X-Men Universe. Cover price $2.99.
