During the 1940s, military hero Don Winslow was the star of a comic strip, a movie serial and a popular radio show in addition to this Fawcett comic. Don and Red investigate after a new trans-Pacific communications cable is sabotaged. In a story from WWII, Don's assignment to pilot a ship full of dynamite through hostile waters is complicated by a US Pearl Harbor survivor who's out for revenge.
