"The Mystery of the $1,000,000 Treasure Hunt" starring Batman and Robin, pencils by Sheldon Moldoff, inks by Charles Paris; A gang boss fakes his death to lure two rival gangs into a fantastic treasure hunt and Batman into a deathtrap; However, in order to get Batman's attention, the criminal had to make an anonymous call to the Gotham City Police Department and this clue was enough for Batman to figure out the trap; Using the Batman Robot, the heroes trick the criminal into believing that he has actually captured Batman and they proceed to arrest him and his gang. "The Wizard Who Conquered J'onn J'onzz" starring John Jones Manhunter from, art by Joe Certa; Roy Roggins, a thief, steals the magical Wand of Wodessa from an estate collection, beating magician-criminal Argus Weedes gang to it, and appears to prove the wands power by using it to defeat Jonn Jonzz; Roggins is accepted by the gang and taken to Weede, with the Manhunter (who had been feigning defeat) secretly trailing; But when Weede acquires the wand, he energizes it with a "magical element" and activates its real magic. 36 pgs., full color.
