When Peter returns to his apartment, his roommate calls for a doctor. And to everybody's surprise, Peter is diagnosed with an ulcer! Meanwhile, Otto Octavius resumes his plan to take over the New York underworld. But there's a new crime boss in town who also wants to run New York's rackets! And his name is Hammerhead!
