The new warden at the state penitentiary (from Tales of Suspense #62) has an idea to test the prison's high-tech security system! He wants to incarcerate Captain America (voluntarily) and see if the Living Legend can escape. Of course, escaping is a piece of cake for the star-spangled avenger! But before Cap leaves the facility, he challenges prison politics and cleans up the rec yard riffraff! Cameo appearances by Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen.
