Don investigates the sinking of a harmless fishing vessel, and learns of a Nazi scheme to secure the plans for a submersible aircraft carrier. Don and Red rescue a shipwreck survivor from a life raft, little suspecting that he's involved in a plot against America. Don discovers that a treasonous yachtsman is using phony depth charges to refuel submerged Nazi U-boats! Plus background on the Don Winslow character and his appearances in other media.
