Script by Laura Hitchcock and art by Howard Post & Jacqueline Roettcher. Then in "Iggy's Comic Book," Heathcliff gets to read the comic book about Heathcliff that Iggy made. Script and art by Angelo DeCesare. Issue also has a Top Dog story "Teacher's Pet" in which Top Dog and Joey have to train a friend's dog on how to be a watch dog.
