1st printing. Written by the Usual Gang of Idiots. Art by the Usual Gang of Idiots. Cover by Mort Drucker. MAD Magazine continues its satirical assault on pop culture with this comical attack on the motion picture industry. Setting their sights squarely on Warner Bros. Studios, MAD Magazine opens their archives and sets free thirty of its most irreverent movie parodies. With the belief that not even legendary films are sacred, the "Usual Gang of Idiots" present classic lampoons such as "Casabonkers," "The Ecchorcist," "Balmy and Clod," and "Superduperman." Also included in this black-and-white trade paperback is an "interesting" illustrated version of Warner Bros.' history. Softcover, 8 1/2-in. x 10 1/2-in., 250 pages, B&W. Cover price $14.95.

Stories by Richard E. Hughes, credited as Zev Zimmer. Art by Pete Costanza. Cover by Jack Kirby and Joe Sinnott. Reprints of one of the few super-heroes from legendary early independent comics publisher ACG. The immortal son of the wizard Cagliostro, Magicman assumes a secret identity in the present day. He joins the Army to fight in Vietnam as PFC Tom Cargill, while he attempts to solve a string of murders as Magicman. The cover is a real curiosity: originally a Stuntman pinup (from the 1979 Kirby Masterworks portfolio), it was licensed and re-inked by longtime FF inker Joe Sinnott to portray Magicman. It was later reused on ACGs Heroes anthology. Contains Magicman reprints from Forbidden Worlds #125 and 127. Magicman!; The Case of the Young Old Men. 32 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.95.
