Fawcett presents adaptations of popular movies of the 1950s in comics form. This issue is based on Walk East on Beacon, a 1952 spy drama/ film noir starring George Murphy, Finlay Currie and Virginia Gilmore. A federal agent investigating a Soviet spy ring discovers that they are blackmailing a scientist who is working on a top-secret space program. The film, in turn, is based on a magazine article by J. Edgar Hoover, making this the rare comic with ties to the long-running head of the FBI. 32 pages, Full Color. Cover price $0.10.
