Based on a popular kids' puppet show broadcast on CBS from 1948-51 about a sinister but bumbling magician and his loyal but good-hearted assistant, Pinhead. Foodini invents a Duplicator machine decades before Calvin, and has similar difficulties with the resulting duplicates. Monkey Doodles the organ-grinder's monkey gets invited to a banquet with the mayor, but has difficulty finding a tuxedo because the snooty stores won't custom-fit a monkey.
