Fritzi was later known as "Aunt Fritzi" in the Nancy comic strip. A riot at the dress sale results in Fritzi and her friend splitting a dress, literally, in a story with swimsuit art by Bushmiller. Mammy rescues Abner's beloved pig Salomey, in a Li'l Abner storyline by Al Capp. One of the backup strips in the comic is Charles Schulz's Peanuts, then only in its third year; several daily strips are presented in full color.
