Whoever can pull the wand from the stone will have all the power in the world. Much to his surprise and shock, Wally pulls the wand out of the stone and has all of the power but then has big problems in "The Wand in the Stone." Script by Ben Brown and art by Ben Brown & Jon D'Agostino. Issue also has "The Barbarians are Coming" in which Wally has to deal with a barbarian invasion that turns out not to be an invasion at all.
