Walt Disney's Treasure Island. Cover photo of Bobby Driscoll. Stories and art by John Ushler and Paul S. Newman. Four Color is the collective title for Dell's long, irregularly published series of one-shots. This issue is based on the 1950 Disney movie Treasure Island, Disney's first completely live-action film. Young Jim gets mixed up with Long John Silver and a shipful of pirates after he comes across a treasure map. The pirate's crew is after the treasure, and Silver's friendship with Jim may not be enough to keep them at bay. Plus a map of Treasure Island. 32 pages, Full Color. Cover price $0.10.
