"75-25 or Die," script by Robert Kanigher, pencils by Joe Kubert (layouts) and Redondo Studio, inks by Redondo Studio; Two kidnappers, Kinky and Lukas, are pursued by the police, for running a red light; Stopping the car, Kinky steps out with a woman; As the police approach, Kinky demands they drop their weapons, or else he will murder the woman; Lukas guns the engine, and runs over them with the car; Kinky muscles the woman back towards the car; Suddenly, Ragman drops down onto the hood; Panicking, Lucas hits the accelerator, and begins wildly weaving down the street; Kinky fires on Ragman, but his errant bullet instead hits Lukas, killing him; The car careens out of control, slamming into a pile of scrap metal before bursting into flames; Ragman is forcibly thrown to the ground. Justice for All includes children's public service announcement starring Superman, pencils by Neal Adams. Hostess fruit snacks ad with Aquaman, "Twinkies and Kelp." Cover price $0.30.
