For that reason the wall-crawler is rather reluctant to team up with Nighthawk and search for the Meteor Man, but the spectacular one agrees to anyway...with mixed results. The web-slinger better wake up quick...or the Meteor Man's going to put him to sleep permanently! Cameo appearance by Jeremiah. (Notes: This story takes place in-between the first and second halves of Amazing Spider-Man 145. The Meteor Man (aka the Looter) previously appeared in Amazing Spider-Man (1st series) 36.
