    The Union Jack was a "penny dreadful" type of UK publication that ran from 1894 to 1933. In 1904, Sexton Blake, "the poor man's Sherlock Holmes," became the star of every issue. Mostly text with a few illustrations, 7-1/2" x 11", 36 pages newsprint, b&w.
