Cover by Johnny Craig. Stories by Richard Kraus and Al Feldstein. Art by Al Feldstein, Howard Larsen and H. C. Kiefer. E.C.'s Pre-Trend crime title started as adventure, changed to grisly crime stories and eventually metamorphosed into straight-up horror. The police seek the kidnappers of a beautiful woman, in a story with early bondage art by EC legend Al Feldstein. Pickpocket Fay uses her fast fingers to become queen of the card sharps, and men soon learn not to cross her, in a story with terrific bad-girl art. Tom Brady and his sister Beth return to their ancestral Scottish castle and face a Werewolf's Curse, in one of EC's first true horror stories. Victor Wolf & Sam Bart, Kidnappers; The Werewolf's Curse!; The Chicagorilla; Fast-Draw Fay, the Queen of Spades! 36 pages, Full Color. Cover price $0.10.
