Agnes and Dinah sneak aboard the ship to see their boyfriends Anchors and Sleepy, in a story featuring some good-girl art by Carl Hubbell. Anchors signs up for the ship boxing league and gets matched against Tuggleburt, the ship's tough-guy commander. Anchors decides to leave the Navy after his tour of duty is over, but now he's got to get his re-enlistment papers back. Plus an early ad for the Slinky spring toy.
