In a hybrid Western-romance story, lawman Cole meets Lila, daughter of late lawman Ace, as they try to figure out why Ace's old foe is celebrating his memory in an old ghost town. Ted makes a play for a woman just to get even with her for dumping his friend, but he didn't expect to fall in love with her.
