In this issue: Justin Westrum murders his business partner Mack and disposes of his body in a nearby lake. But he is haunted by Mack's curse who swore to "keep an eye" on him. Becoming more and more paranoid, Westrum goes too far in his attempts to cover his tracks in "The Constant Eye" with art by Bernard Baily. Plus: Attending a seance, Warren Travers' soul is pulled out of his body and wanders the realms of the beyond. Meanwhile, an otherworldly creatures inhabits his body and tries to build a machine that will call all the lost souls into this world in "Seance of Terror!" And: A carnival owner tries to buy out the proprietor of the wax museum. When the latter refuses, he is killed, but returns to drag his murderer before a ghostly tribunal. The sentence is death in "The Blind, the Doomed -- and the Dead!" with pencils by Bob Powell.
