Original, pre-Code romance stories from Canadian publisher Superior, often featuring a crime or mystery element and plentiful good-girl art. A female writer must start over after her husband's surprise divorce proceedings. A romance with a soldier inspires Miss Lane to move on from her showgirl past, which is portrayed with some lovely good-girl art. Good-girl art features in the next story as well, as sailor on leave Tex falls for beautiful Wilma the first time he sees her at the hotel pool.
