The comic-strip adventures of aspiring model Fritzi Ritz and her boyfriend, the bumbling Phil Fumble. Fritzi was later known as "Aunt Fritzi" in the Nancy comic strip. Phil finds a way to keep Fritzi's cat from leaving the yard. A strangely prescient strip has Fritzi wearing a face mask (with lipstick). Lucy assumes the worst when she finds a love poem in Wally's schoolbook. One of the backup strips in the comic is Charles Schulz's Peanuts; several early strips are presented, going back to when Lucy was a wide-eyed toddler.
