Among the possessions in dispute was Douglas Castle. It belonged to the Scotsman, James Douglas, but was held by force by an English garrison under the command of Sir John de Walton. Harvey, best known for its children's comics, reprints the original comic-strip adventures of legendary tough cop Dick Tracy and his rogues gallery of freakish enemies. In the Comics Code era, some of the original art is altered to remove violent content and narrative repetition. This issue reprints strips from Nov. 8, 1951 - Jan. 20, 1952. When Tracy is accused of stealing evidence, he tracks the frame-up to recording buff Spinner Record.
