In this issue, Scrooge and company go out on a cruise on his new yacht and discover that the Beagle Boys are stealing oil from offshore oil rigs in "The Oil Pirates." Script by Frank Ridgeway & Gary Leach and art by the Jamie Diaz Studios. Issue also has a reprint of the Uncle Scrooge classic tale "Billions in the Hole" in which the Beagle Boys' attempt to use a shrinking ray to steal Scrooge's money bin turns into a disaster for all.
