"Reinforcements from Cybertron" - These inserts were included in the first series of Transformers toys. This particular insert featured a mail order offer for new Transformers toys. Toys like Powersdasher, Omnibots, and Time Warrior. These were little known Transformers that could only be obtained through this offer. You would save up "Robot Points" and together with a little cash you could send away for these special items. For the collector just missing that last piece.
