(Part 1 of 3), pencils by Warren Kremer; Wendy and the other Blue Birds go to Bluebird Valley to look for bluebirds; Barbara, Suzy and Evelyn follow a trail of blueberries to a giant saucer and are trapped, along with a number of bluebirds, when the Unhappy Giant places an upside-down cup on top of the saucer and carries it away. "Bruise Cruise"; At his father's suggestion, Reggie invites Richie and his friends for a cruise on one of his family's yachts; Reggie's antics almost wreck the ship, but Harkins saves the day.     "The Money Tree"; When a money tree suddenly starts growing in the Enchanted Forest, Casper wishes for a money expert to give him advice; This causes Richie Rich to appear; Even though the money from the tree turns out to be fake, swamp monsters still kidnap Richie. "That's the Way the Ball Bounces"; Mr. Rich is anxious to show off his new rubber ball factory, but there's a problem; The darn things don't bounce!; So, Richie has the idea to turn it into a tire factory. "One Good Turn"; When a local frog has trouble jumping, Casper deduces that he needs glasses. "Buy Back the Sun"; In the real world, Richie Rich witnesses a solar eclipse; In the Enchanted Forest, the darkness is the doing of an evil wizard, and he's demanding a valuable diamond from Richie to buy back the sun. "Guardian Ghost"; Casper appears in the real world, and follows Richie around just for fun; When Richie gets trapped in a cave, he realizes he'll be late for his boxing lesson; So, Casper impersonates Richie so nobody will worry, and later frees Richie from his predicament. 52 pgs., full color. "Sad Sack Tries to Explain," script and art by George Baker; As a favor, Sad Sack takes a photo of the Policeman and his girlfriend, but is then arrested by the Policeman for ignoring a "Keep off the Grass" sign. "Cautious Soul," script and art by George Baker; Sad Sack obeys several traffic signals and signs which delay his crossing the street; because of this, he is arrested for loitering. "Day at the Beach," script and art by George Baker; Sad Sack is a hot dog vendor at the beach and puts down his hot dog basket to call out his wares (pantomimed; only sound effects and signs are lettered); While he looks around, playing children kick sand in the basket and he soon sells a sandy hot dog to a large man on the beach. "Playful Kids," script and art by George Baker; The Sack sees two boys playing with toy guns; As they shoot him, he plays dead—and continues to play dead as they carry him to the pier. "Foul Play," script and art by George Baker; The Sad Sack is a baseball player who is surprised when the coach puts him in the game. "Horseback Riding," script and art by Vic Herman; Maisie is afraid she is losing her boyfriend and is reluctant to go on a horseback riding date for fear of bad horseback skills. 12 untitled one-page stories, script and art by George Baker.
